We’re looking for a full-time EXPERT LEVEL AI Systems Architect / Agentic AI Expert to design and implement advanced AI agents that streamline research, automate insights, and empower our teams across product development, marketing, compliance, and customer experience. What You’ll Do • Design & Deploy AI Agents – Build and manage agentic AI systems that research markets, competitors, and scientific studies, delivering actionable insights. • Integrate Across the Business – Connect AI agents with tools we use daily (Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, Shopify, etc.) to automate workflows and knowledge management. • Research & Compliance Monitoring – Develop AI pipelines to monitor FDA/FTC activity, competitor claims, and emerging supplement trends. • Data + Knowledge Systems – Architect systems that ingest, analyze, and summarize internal + external data (scientific papers, customer feedback, sales trends). • Cross-Functional Enablement – Partner with product, marketing, and leadership to make AI an embedded advantage across departments. • Stay Ahead of the Curve – Continuously evaluate cutting-edge LLMs, frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.), and new AI research methodologies. Who You Are - MUST BE EXPERT LEVEL TO APPLY • AI/Agentic Systems Expert – Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar). • Builder Mentality – Comfortable prototyping quickly, then scaling into reliable systems. • Research-Oriented – Strong background in information retrieval, data analysis, or research automation. • Integrator – Familiar with APIs, SaaS integrations, and connecting tools into unified systems. • Innovator – Excited to push the boundaries of what AI can do inside a fast-moving $100M+ business. • Communicator – Able to translate technical AI workflows into clear business value. Preferred Qualifications • EXPERT LEVEL experience in applied AI/ML, agentic AI, or research automation. • Proficiency with Python and LLM toolchains. • Experience integrating AI with CRMs, ecommerce platforms, or enterprise data. • Track record of building AI-driven systems that create measurable business impact. • Background in supplements, health/wellness, or regulated industries a plus.
