(https://ninerbikes.com/) • VAAST Bicycles (https://www.vaastbikes.com/) Summary The Director of Brand Marketing leads the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives across UWI’s portfolio of bicycle and lifestyle brands. This role is responsible for building brand equity, driving consumer engagement, and aligning marketing strategies with long-term business objectives. You’ll oversee brand positioning, campaign development, creative execution, and product storytelling—working cross-functionally with product, eCommerce, sales, and design teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in lifestyle, CPG, or active/outdoor brands and knows how to translate consumer insights into compelling messaging across retail, digital, and owned channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Own brand strategy, identity, and messaging for UWI’s brand portfolio across global markets. • Lead the development of 360° marketing campaigns—from brief to execution—across digital, print, in-store, and experiential channels. • Manage external agency partners and creative vendors to ensure high-quality and on-brand output. • Partner with Product, Sales, and eCommerce teams to align brand messaging with product launches and seasonal priorities. • Lead consumer research initiatives to inform positioning, messaging, and creative direction. • Oversee content strategy and visual storytelling to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. • Manage brand marketing budget, including allocations for media, creative, and activations. • Support public relations, social media, and influencer efforts in collaboration with internal teams or agencies. • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and work closely with leadership across the organization. Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, DAM systems). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) a plus.
