Position Information You will lead the development and execution of strategic 360° marketing campaigns—spotlighting both cult-favorite icons and trend-driven innovations in the color category across global markets. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Global and Regional Marketing, Creative, Digital, PR, Social, Influencer, Copy, and Key Accounts to craft bold, beauty-forward brand narratives that ignite desire, drive commercial success, and reflect our vision of modern luxury rooted in creativity, purpose, and responsible innovation. Position Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end development of global 360° product innovation & marketing campaigns—from initial concept through execution for our color portfolio—ensuring brand excellence, on-time delivery, and measurable business impact. • Concept and execute breakthrough storytelling that advances the brand’s global equity while honoring its heritage and DNA. • Oversee the creation and rollout of comprehensive launch toolkits, including campaign messaging, claims, content strategy, paid media assets, in-store and e-commerce elements, PR materials, influencer guidelines, and activation ideas. • Serve as a strategic partner to global markets—presenting campaign direction, aligning on strategic objectives, and driving adoption of the global marketing calendar. • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Development, Copy, Social, Influencer, and all channel leads to ensure a seamless, compelling consumer journey across all touchpoints. • Act as the central liaison across functions to ensure unified messaging, asset delivery, promotional alignment, and channel cohesion throughout the campaign lifecycle. • Champion the brand’s unique point of view through emotionally resonant and differentiated storytelling. • Define the global creative advertising strategy in partnership with Creative and Digital teams, aligning on platform priorities and executional direction. • Partner with Creative and Visual Merchandising teams to help develop elevated visual merchandising concepts that bring brand campaigns to life in-store. • Craft clear, strategic briefs for internal and external creative teams to guide the development of best-in-class content and assets. • Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback throughout the content development process to ensure alignment with brand objectives and campaign strategy. • Own and maintain the global brand marketing calendar, mapping out campaign activations across all consumer-facing channels. • Collaborate with regional and channel leads to identify key market opportunities and consumer insights—translating them into campaigns that accelerate brand growth and drive revenue. Position Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury beauty marketing, including global brand leadership & innovation. • Proven track record of building and scaling 360° campaigns that drive business results and elevate brand desirability. • Strong understanding of global markets, with experience localizing strategies for key regions (North America, EMEA, APAC). • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content, influencer, and experiential marketing. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic thinker with a creative flair, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong commercial acumen.
