Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing & Strategy
Location: On-site – Valley Stream, NY (Full-time) - Across the street from LIRR (Long Island Rail Road)
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + performance bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Brand Marketing & Strategy to lead the rollout of our rebrand and define how our brand shows up across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who has built and scaled culturally relevant brands for women — ideally in DTC apparel, intimates, or beauty.
You’ll own the brand marketing calendar, guide product launches, oversee influencer and content strategy, and ensure our voice, visuals, and storytelling remain fresh, consistent, and aligned with culture. As the brand’s protector and promoter, you will drive cohesion across teams and channels while shaping how customers experience our brand today and in the years to come.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and implement the company’s rebrand across all customer touchpoints and channels.
• Own the brand marketing calendar, including product drops, color launches, and ongoing campaigns.
• Coordinate across teams (creative, product, social, ecommerce, retention) to deliver campaigns on time and with consistency.
• Lead brand expression across the customer journey: website, email, SMS, social, packaging, loyalty, referrals, reviews, and more.
• Partner with the social team on content planning, campaign strategy, and creator partnerships.
• Define and execute the influencer strategy, identifying the right creators to drive awareness and engagement.
• Monitor consumer trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains relevant and differentiated.
• Champion and protect the brand identity, ensuring clarity and cohesion at every stage.
What You Bring
• 6–10+ years of experience in brand marketing or strategy, ideally at a fast-growing DTC brand (apparel, intimates, or beauty strongly preferred).
• Proven track record managing or implementing a rebrand across teams and channels.
• Deep understanding of female consumers aged 25–40 and cultural trends that drive engagement.
• Strong instincts for storytelling, social trends, and visual branding.
• Experience owning a brand marketing calendar and aligning cross-functional teams to execute flawlessly.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• On-site, full-time availability in Valley Stream, NY.
