We are seeking a dynamic, cross-functional leader to oversee the operational, sales, and creative backbone of our apparel business. This role bridges wholesale, e-commerce, production, and marketing, ensuring seamless execution across departments. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and builder of systems who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and can wear many hats β from data analysis to sales strategy to creative execution.
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Support
β’ Advise reps on key accounts.
β’ Provide tools/resources to drive growth.
β’ Manage sales rep commissions and performance reporting.
β’ Curate and maintain the brandβs marketplaces.
β’ Support onboarding of reps, outside showrooms, and distributor partnerships.
Business Operations & Systems
β’ Develop and maintain reporting tools.
β’ Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable solutions across departments.
β’ Oversee ERP extensions and warehouse system improvements.
β’ Implement and manage business tools.
Production & Supply Chain
β’ Partner with production team to plan, track progress, and dial in projections.
Creative & Marketing Operations
β’ Oversee in-house product photoshoots, editing, and distribution of images across systems.
β’ Manage print materials, ensuring final polish and brand consistency.
β’ Create email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
