Role description
BRICK EXECUTIVE SEARCH is working with one of the Premier Brand Portfolio companies in the Intimate Apparel and sleepwear Industry . The company has recently acquired a. new brand of very cool and contemporary lingerie . We are searching for the key executive who will drive revenue for this brand through a compelling Direct to Consumer website. Position: Director, Direct-to-Consumer We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director/DTC to lead and manage the eCommerce platform for the brand that has been acquired and will be relaunched. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth, and ensuring an exceptional consumer experience across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Oversee and manage the company’s Shopify platform, ensuring smooth functionality and optimized performance. β€’ Manage content creation for product pages, campaigns, and consumer communications (email, SMS, social integrations). β€’ Develop and execute strategies to enhance consumer engagement and communications. β€’ Handle order flow and maintenance, including troubleshooting and ensuring timely fulfillment. β€’ Partner with marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and retention. β€’ Monitor and analyze key eCommerce metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver a seamless brand experience. Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience with Shopify and eCommerce management. β€’ 5+ years in direct-to-consumer, digital marketing, or eCommerce leadership roles. β€’ Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, online marketing, and CRM tools. β€’ Experience with content management, performance tracking, and consumer communications. β€’ Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. β€’ Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
