Director, Digital Merchandising and Revenue Strategy Compensation & Location • Work Model: Hybrid, minimum 3-days onsite each week in the Greater Newark Area. • Eligibility: Candidates must currently reside in the region or be willing to relocate within a reasonable timeframe to be considered. • Note: Due to confidentiality, the exact office address will be shared only with shortlisted candidates. Compensation Package Base Salary + STIP + LTIP (Discretionary) • Base salary: $150K - $180K • Short-term incentive: 35% target • Long-term incentive: RSU, 25K/Year, vests over 3-year period. • Total Compensation: $227,500-$243,000 Travel: Quarterly nationwide travel Search Overview: Vaco/Highspring is conducting a search on behalf of a Fortune 500 Services Organization with a strong North American Footprint. Position Summary: Our client, a global leader in the consumer services sector, is seeking a Director, Digital Merchandising and Revenue Strategy to lead growth across both physical and digital channels. This leader will oversee strategy, sales performance, and product innovation to maximize profitability, with an emphasis on accelerating digital adoption while ensuring continued excellence in field operations. This is a high-visibility role with direct responsibility for leading a team, managing strategic partnerships, and driving measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of sales leadership, digital product merchandising expertise, and cross-functional strategy execution. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution • Own the performance of multiple commercial revenue streams, balancing field sales, digital channels, and vendor-led offerings. • Lead initiatives to optimize conversion, attach rates, and customer adoption across digital and in-person experiences. • Shape strategies to expand new offerings while maximizing performance of existing revenue streams. Sales & Field Leadership • Manage a distributed team of performance leaders, responsible for coaching, standards, and execution across a nationwide footprint. • Partner with operations leaders to align customer experience with revenue optimization goals. Digital Merchandising & Innovation • Collaborate with product, marketing, and IT teams to optimize digital merchandising across web, app, and email channels. • Influence roadmap priorities to improve customer journey, streamline checkout, and expand digital adoption. Vendor & Partnership Management • Manage relationships with external partners, negotiate terms and introducing new offerings to enhance both customer value and profitability • Evaluate and launch new products and services with measurable commercial impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Align closely with Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing to ensure strategies are fully supported and measurable against performance goals. • Provide senior leadership with actionable reporting, insights, and recommendations. Job Requirements: • Proven commercial leadership as Revenue Generator with a strong track record in commercial strategy, digital merchandising, or revenue optimization, delivering measurable results across multi-channel environments. • People leadership experience, including managing field or retail sales teams, coaching managers, and leading organizations through digital transformation. • E-commerce and product expertise with hands-on knowledge of digital product strategy, conversion optimization, and driving customer adoption. • Vendor and partnership management skills, with success in negotiating agreements, launching new offerings, or expanding external programs that drive growth. • Analytical and data-driven decision-maker able to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies and execution plans. • Change leadership - comfortable operating in fast-paced, transformational environments and aligning cross-functional teams through organizational change.
