Role description
Our high growth NY based luxury women's RTW brand is seeking a dynamic leader for the Director of E-Commerce to join their team. Responsibilities: β€’ Work closely with marketing and senior team to align brand plans and communication β€’ Create sales plans and forecasting for ecommerce site β€’ Provide reporting on ecommerce and website performance showing KPIs, highlighting accomplishments and optimizations β€’ Ensure exceptional website presentation and optimal customer experience β€’ Monitor site traffic, conversion rates, site speed and review site metrics to align with customer, sales, merchandising data β€’ Optimize conversion strategies including A/B testing initiatives, product recommendations β€’ Improve PDP and product messaging β€’ Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices, identifying opportunities β€’ Find opportunities to grow e-commerce business, and ensure sales & lifecycle management goals are met β€’ Manage integration of ERP system and Shopify β€’ Ensure stock and inventories optimized through proper analysis β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally on content calendar, keeping in mind of exceptional customer experience for the loyalty, email and SMS programs β€’ Develop and see through roadmap, launch and nurture of web systems to support strategy β€’ Plan website development and maintenance β€’ Ensure timely and accurate web content and deployment of new content β€’ Manage ecommerce acquisition channels, including SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing β€’ Define promotion, merchandising and content placement strategy β€’ Spearhead SEO strategy and managing the external agency Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of professional experience in ecommerce β€’ Proficient in Shopify, ecommerce, and digital marketing data analysis β€’ Expert in utilizing web analytics and sales data to conduct analysis β€’ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or technology field β€’ Solid project management skills β€’ Exceptional writing and communication skills β€’ Able to shift between big picture and hands-on execution β€’ A results-driven and team player mindset with a curiosity to learn β€’ Solid knowledge of the digital customer acquisition and ecommerce β€’ Strong operations management, planning and process management experience required β€’ Proven track record of success working in a fast paced environment β€’ Experience working with Microsoft Office β€’ Fashion industry experience is a plus, but not necessary Please submit your resume for consideration.
