Role description
We are recruiting a strategic and results-driven Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing to lead both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B digital growth initiatives for a well-established apparel brand undergoing an exciting transformation. This role will oversee all facets of performance marketing, retention strategy, ecommerce site optimization, and digital revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead annual ecommerce and digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and revenue goals
• Oversee digital channel performance across acquisition, retention, and site optimization
• Manage paid media channels including search, social, display, direct mail, and TV
• Optimize targeting, creative, and budget allocation to maximize ROI
• Own customer retention through email, SMS, loyalty programs, and personalized lifecycle marketing
• Enhance DTC and B2B ecommerce experiences focusing on UX, SEO, merchandising, and conversion
• Identify growth opportunities across multiple ecommerce platforms
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Ops) and manage external digital partners
• Lead and grow a high-performing digital team, driving a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing leadership roles
• Proven track record in performance marketing, retention strategy, and ecommerce site optimization
• Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional projects
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics (CRM, ESPs, GA, etc.)
• Experience with both DTC and B2B ecommerce models is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation: $120,000-150,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
