Director of eCommerce Sales - $160,000 + Benefits + Bonus - Bustleton, PA

Coming in as the eCommerce Sales Director you would be responsible for:
• Own and manage the Amazon Vendor Central P&L, monitoring sales, margins, and inventory
• Oversee purchase orders, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment to reduce chargebacks
• Drive pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to grow revenue and protect profitability
• Partner with marketing on Amazon Advertising, content, and storefront optimization
• Lead vendor negotiations, manage terms, and maintain strong Amazon relationships
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Mentor and manage the eCommerce sales team, setting KPIs and driving performance
• Report business performance and growth strategies to executive leadership

• 8+ years of eCommerce experience, including 5+ years managing Amazon (Vendor Central focus)
• Proven success driving P&L, promotions, and advertising budgets to scale Amazon businesses
• Expertise in AMS/Display, Vendor Central systems, SEO, PDP optimization, and marketplace compliance
