Director, ECommerce Sales: • Lead and drive the growth of the company's eCommerce channel. • Responsible for developing and executing the strategy to maximize the performance and profitability of the company's Global ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Pure Play, Omni-Channel and Market Places. • Oversee the entire sales process, from managing a team of sales professionals to optimizing the online shopping experience, and identifying new opportunities & markets for company growth. Qualifications Include: • 8+ years of progressive & proven experience of eCommerce Sales experience in a manufacturing & retail environment. Consumer goods industry experience strongly preferred. • Proven leadership (direct report management & sales team leadership) experience.
