• Develop and execute annual operating plans (AOP), budgeting, monthly close processes, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals and GAAP compliance.
• Conduct scenario analysis for marketing channels, pricing strategies, product launches, competitive positioning, and ROI evaluations to drive profitable growth.
• Manage headcount planning, bonus calculations, hiring approvals, and cost efficiencies, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead risk management, including insurance optimization, SOX controls (if applicable), cash flow projections, and working capital programs such as supply chain financing and inventory turns.
• Partner with operations, product development, and sales teams to analyze new product pitches, channel strategies, international expansion, and revenue/cost drivers.
• Act as liaison with external auditors, banks, legal, and insurance providers; prepare presentations for ELT, board, and stakeholders.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash availability, currency hedging (for international risk), credit processes, and high-risk account management.
• Ensure tax planning and compliance with federal, state, local, payroll, and property taxes; maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Implement and optimize financial systems (e.g., ERP, NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce) for improved data management, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop finance staff, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and diversity-driven innovation.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics, identify issues affecting performance, and research revenue/cost drivers to define tracking reports.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital financing options, equity-related matters (preferred), and profitable growth initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments.

• Experience with digital transformation in finance and operations; supply chain experience in e-commerce required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
