Director, Growth Marketing
Overview
Weβre looking for a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead our acquisition and retention marketing efforts across all digital channels. This role will own the full customer journey β from awareness through conversion and loyalty β with a focus on measurable growth and efficiency. Youβll manage a cross-functional team spanning paid media and retention marketing (email/SMS/loyalty), and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
β’ Lead CRM strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty to drive repeat purchase and long-term engagement
β’ Implement and optimize automated flows, personalization, and A/B testing to enhance customer experience and performance.
β’ Develop advanced segmentation strategies to increase customer lifetime value and inform loyalty initiatives.
β’ Integrate retention tactics with merchandising and promotional calendars to ensure timely, relevant, and revenue-driving campaigns.
β’ Use analytics to identify at-risk customers and deploy targeted win-back and reactivation campaigns.
β’ Own the integrated content calendar to align messaging, creative, and campaign priorities with business objectives.
β’ Launch and scale a customer loyalty program that deepens brand engagement, rewards high-value customers, and strengthens retention.
Acquisition Marketing
β’ Lead the paid media strategy across channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and Affiliate to drive efficient customer acquisition.
β’ Set and manage ROAS and CPA targets, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
β’ Partner with creative teams to brief, develop, and iterate high-performing ad content.
β’ Conduct ongoing audience and performance audits to uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Build and execute testing roadmaps for ad placements, creatives, and audience targeting.
Growth Strategy & Leadership
β’ Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously iterate to improve acquisition and retention metrics
β’ Lead a team of digital marketing associate and retention associate
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, merchandising and creative to ensure alignment and support
β’ Translate marketing insights into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership
Data & Optimization
β’ Establish a performance-focused reporting structure across channels
β’ Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.) to evaluate channel performance and customer behavior
β’ Regularly report out on acquisition cost, retention metrics, and overall growth efficiency
Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles, preferably in ecommerce or DTC
β’ Proven success managing paid media and CRM teams, with hands-on experience in platform tools (Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.)
β’ Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion metrics
β’ Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills
β’ Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach
β’ Prior experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury ecommerce preferred
