Role description
Director of Growth Our client, a fast-growing, mission-led consumer brand in the sustainable personal care space, is looking for a Director of Growth to lead and scale performance across DTC and retail. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on innovation, brand and community. About the Role You’ll lead a multi-functional growth team covering paid media, CRM, influencer, international marketing and e-commerce. While the DTC channel is currently the largest revenue stream, retail is scaling rapidly - and you’ll play a key role in aligning these efforts to maximise brand and commercial performance. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Finance Director on growth forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, while supporting the business as it begins to test ATL channels such as TV and OOH. Key Responsibilities • Own and lead the overall growth strategy across DTC and omnichannel. • Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok), CRM, SEO and Amazon. • Manage and develop a team of 5 direct reports (team of 7-8 total). • Collaborate closely with finance on budgeting, forecasting and performance modelling. • Build and optimise lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty). • Partner with retail and operations to ensure cohesive brand and commercial goals across channels. • Support international expansion efforts (current markets include DACH). • Lead cross-channel attribution and measurement strategy. • Contribute to the development of new upper-funnel channels (TV, OOH). About You • Growth leader with a track record of success at a high-growth DTC or omnichannel brand. • Strong channel knowledge: paid acquisition, lifecycle/CRM and analytics. • Commercially minded and highly analytical - confident working with models and data. • Experienced people manager with a collaborative leadership style. • Skilled in stakeholder and upward management - able to align with founder leadership. • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling business. • Bonus: Experience in international markets or ATL channel planning.
