β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in marketing management, including experience leading a team of marketing professionals
β’ Ability to not only put a strategic plan in place, but also handle the development and execution of all of the necessary pieces of the marketing mix
β’ Excellent writing skills and ability to create industry-relevant content
β’ Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and execution skills
β’ Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
β’ Strong leadership and team management skills
β’ Familiarity with industry trends, developments, and regulations
β’ Experience in creating and analyzing marketing metrics
β’ Experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation (preferred)
β’ Experience with managing a website (HTML) as well as e-Commerce (preferred)
