Levitate Foundry is looking for a builder. Someone who can design and run a 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 across two pillars:
(1) Partnerships (sourcing, closing, and growing high-leverage partner relationships).
(2) Sales (owning pipeline, process, and performance from first touch to close). You’ll set strategy, build repeatable motions, and lead day-to-day execution.
You’ll collaborate closely with Client Services, Marketing, and Finance to ensure what we sell is deliverable, profitable, and aligned with our core service lines (e.g., Paid Media, Lifecycle/Email, UX/UI Design & Development, CRO). Success looks like a predictable pipeline, higher win rates, shorter cycles, and a growing share of partner-sourced revenue.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 (Strategy, Sourcing & Growth)
● Build the partner strategy & ecosystem map: Identify priority tech platforms, apps, solutions, and agency collaborators that complement our services and ICP.
● Source & recruit partners: Prospect, evaluate fit, and negotiate mutually beneficial referral, reseller, and co-delivery agreements; own terms in collaboration with leadership and legal.
● Manage & grow relationships: Define partner tiers, track sourced/influenced pipeline, and expand revenue per partner.
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 (Pipeline Ownership “Tip to Tail”)
● Own GTM & pipeline: Define ICPs, value props, and outbound plays. Build top-of-funnel via targeted prospecting, events, and partner channels.
● Lead high-impact discovery & solutions: Run needs assessments, shape scopes, and position outcomes tied to client business goals and ROI.
● Price, propose, and negotiate: Drive proposals/SOWs/MSAs (with Ops/Legal as needed), handle procurement and redlines, and navigate to close.
● Forecast with accuracy: Maintain a rigorous forecast, stage hygiene, and conversion metrics in HubSpot (or equivalent) with weekly predictability.
● Handoff & expansion: Orchestrate clean handoffs to delivery, set success criteria, and partner with Client Services on upsell/expansion opportunities.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
● Minimum 7 years in a SaaS or agency environment (eCommerce/Shopify ecosystem a plus), spanning sales/business development and partner-facing work; 3–5+ years leading partnerships and/or sales teams with ownership of a revenue number.
● Proven track record hitting/exceeding revenue targets, building partner ecosystems, and creating repeatable pipeline programs.
● Expertise with HubSpot (or similar CRM), sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft), and proposal tools (e.g., PandaDoc/DocuSign).
● Strong commercial acumen: pricing, SOW/MSA structures, negotiation, and procurement process management.
● Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to VP/C-suite and partner leadership.
