Responsibilities:
β’ Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ecommerce, internal, and backend systems, aligning them with business, category, and marketing objectives
β’ Balance strategic goals with operational priorities to optimize impact and efficiency
β’ Build, manage, mentor, and develop a small team of product managers, data engineers, UX designers
β’ Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that prioritizes user needs and delivers results
β’ Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering, Ecommerce and other internal teams to drive product development and iteration
β’ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
β’ Translate complex technical concepts into high-level presentations for executives and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Develop effective communication strategies to update on project status, challenges, and successes
β’ Utilize data and user analytics to make informed decisions, assess project impact, and prioritize initiatives for optimal results
β’ Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline product development cycles, improve cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 7+ years in product management and 3+ years in a leadership role managing product managers
β’ Solid understanding of ecommerce applications, system architecture, engineering practices, and product lifecycle management; ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical trade-offs
β’ Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
β’ Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
β’ Data-driven decision maker with experience leveraging analytics to drive strategy and assess performance
