We’re looking for a Director of Program Management to lead Agile delivery and transformation across enterprise commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep program management experience, strong knowledge of commerce platforms (especially Shopify), and a background in the automotive or retail industry. In this role, you’ll oversee Agile Release Trains, drive scaled Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale), and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll also support Lean Portfolio Management and help guide Agile teams toward measurable outcomes. Key Qualifications: • 8+ years of program management and Agile delivery experience • Strong commerce expertise, particularly with Shopify Plus • Automotive industry experience preferred; retail experience a plus • Proven experience with scaled Agile frameworks and governance • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Agile leader to make an impact on complex commerce initiatives at scale.
