Summary
Step into a defining leadership role as the Director of Rental & HR Technology on the Resort Application Development Team! Here, you’ll guide the vision, strategy, and development of the software that powers unforgettable mountain experiences for our employees and guests. We’re seeking a visionary leader with a sharp technical edge and a passion for innovation—someone who inspires teams, delivers enterprise-scale results, and knows how to keep things fun. In this role, you'll be guiding senior and mid-level managers in developing transformative capital projects and driving operational excellence. You'll partner with other leaders to shape bold, future-ready product roadmaps that keep our applications aligned to the evolving needs of our employees and guests. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Resort Application Development and play a pivotal role on that leadership team, helping shape direction and drive departmental-level impact.
The Resort Application Development team develops and maintains the suite of back-end services that power our guest-facing eCommerce and mobile experiences, along with the internal application ecosystem that enables resort employees to deliver exceptional service on the mountain.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field required.
• 8+ years of building and leading high-performing technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing budgets and optimizing resource utilization.
• 3+ years of contributing to or leading software development projects in a professional setting.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $135,000 - $173,000 + annual bonus + equity. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
