Director of Sales – Amazon & Key Retailers LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading consumer products company to hire a Director of Sales – Amazon & Key Retailers. You’ll be responsible for driving the Amazon strategy across North America, leading execution with cross-functional partners, and fueling profitable growth in one of the most competitive digital marketplaces. Director Of Sales – Amazon & Key Retailers Responsibilities • Own and evolve Amazon sales strategy for the U.S. and Canadian marketplaces. • Lead Joint Business Planning, AVN negotiations, promotional planning, and product launches with Amazon Retail and internal stakeholders. • Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs including sell-in/sell-through, chargebacks, ad ROI, net PPM, inventory health, buy box ownership, and customer reviews. • Collaborate with eCommerce marketing teams on Amazon Advertising, DSP, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization. • Monitor Amazon policy changes, competitive activity, and retail trends to inform proactive strategy shifts. • Drive monthly forecasting and long-term planning initiatives in partnership with internal teams. Director Of Sales – Amazon & Key Retailers Requirements • 7–10 years in sales/account management, with at least 3 years owning the Amazon channel. • Experience managing relationships with major national retailers. • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Amazon Retail Analytics. • Background in consumer durables or packaged goods preferred. • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through skills. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Willingness to travel 10–25% annually.
