Position Overview Are you passionate about building strong partnerships, driving innovation, and scaling digital solutions in the publishing and platform space? Join Conexiant’s Society Management team as our Director of Strategy & Partner Development (S&PD), a pivotal leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As the Director of S&PD, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our sales and growth strategy across our Association and Society and DXP divisions. You’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities for both our publishing services and Conexiant’s proprietary DXP SaaS platform. This is your chance to be at the intersection of business development, product innovation, and client success — helping transform how societies deliver value to their members and audiences. Key Responsibilities • Own and communicate product value: Develop deep knowledge of our publishing services and the DXP platform technology, articulating their benefits clearly to both current and potential partners. • Drive strategic growth: Identify and execute opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and service expansion within our partner ecosystem. • Be a connector: Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Services — ensuring alignment and consistency across the full partner journey. • Support partner success: Join client conversations to design tailored solutions, contribute strategic insights, and deepen product fluency across teams. Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and other client-facing documentation as needed. • Champion innovation: Influence future services and platform enhancements based on market feedback and client needs. • Partner internally: Partner with the VP of Society Management and DXP sales team to support client presentations, demos, discovery calls and comprehensive proposals. • Leverage knowledge of Conexiant’s full offering—including services such as: • Accounts Receivable • Ad Operations • Advanced & Campaign Reporting • Content Development (Client-Supported and Independent) • Audience Development & Membership Management • Design & UX • Education (CE/LMS) • eCommerce • Live & Virtual Events • Marketing, Print, and Publishing • Product Development Assistance • Sales Representation • Site Development & Hosting • Technology Stack & Video Production • Drive critical cross-sells: Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives—bringing Conexiant’s advanced society solutions to DXP clients, and DXP to publishing clients. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in sales, product management, or client-facing roles. • Background in media, publishing, healthcare communications, and/or SAAS is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of web-based platforms, CMS, eCommerce, LMS, or event technologies is a plus. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. • Strong track record of closed/won, bringing deals to fruition. • Passionate about client success, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. • Experience working with medical or scientific societies is a plus but not required. • A strategic thinker with a passion for partner success and solution-based selling. • Experience in B2B SaaS, publishing, or working with associations/societies is highly preferred. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working across sales, product, and marketing teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value. • A growth mindset — proactive, adaptable, and ready to drive impact from day one. Benefits Summary • PTO, paid sick time, paid holidays, and floating holidays. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with coverage starting from day one. • STD, LTD, Life, AD&D • 401(k) with company match. • Parental Supplemental Wage Program Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Conexiant provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
