This is more than a traditional UX role—it’s a rare opportunity to combine the leadership of a Director of User Experience with the strategic influence of a Product Owner. The Director of User Experience will set a bold vision, inspire a team, and champion a user-first mindset across the company, ensuring our products not only meet customer needs but transform the way our industry works. The Director of User Experience will play a key role in shaping product strategy, leading the UX team, advocating for customers, and driving innovation from concept through launch.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
• Define and own the product vision and strategy for assigned applications.
• Lead and grow the User Experience department while fostering collaboration.
• Conduct research, design solutions, and create guidelines to ensure product consistency and usability.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are ready with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as the chief advocate for customers, ensuring needs are met from concept to launch.
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
• Proven leadership experience managing and building UX/UI teams and software products. (preferably: ERP, B2B websites, and/or enterprise-level e-commerce sites)
• Demonstrated ability to influence overall product direction beyond features.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
