Job Description About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Operations Manager to help us build and scale our product brand focused on health and wellness. You’ll work directly with the CEO and other senior leaders to execute everything from vendor sourcing to internal coordination, and you’ll play a key role in launching new products, streamlining operations, and supporting day-to-day company momentum. This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience in operations or administrative roles who’s eager to move fast, take on real responsibility, and grow quickly. What You'll Do • Coordinate logistics and timelines for product launches • Own vendor outreach, management, and invoice tracking • Research and source product ingredients, packaging, and suppliers • Organize internal documentation and manage process checklists • Order supplies, manage inventory, and support the day-to-day ops • Assist executives with scheduling, reports, and general admin • Help build scalable processes for a rapidly growing team • Organize and maintain online shopping carts, product listings, and sales funnels across websites and platforms Who You Are • 2–4 years of relevant experience in ops, logistics, or admin roles • You’ve worked at one company for 2+ years and shown growth • You’re hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership • Highly organized and proactive you don’t wait to be told what to do • Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and solutions-oriented • Strong communicator with high EQ and a low-ego, team-first mindset • Bonus: background in wellness, health, or eCommerce products Why CRI • Competitive pay: $70,000–$85,000 base, depending on experience • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits • RSUs after initial ramp period (we want you to share in the upside) • We invest in you - classes, books, workshops all covered Company Description We are a well-established and rapidly growing genetics company.
