What is my role?
The Account Operations Manager at Hybrid Digital will be responsible for managing and growing ecommerce accounts by working closely with merchandisers, overseeing the listing process, and ensuring quality and compliance for all product listings.
What You'll Do
β’ Collaborate with Account Sales Manager to achieve company revenue goals
β’ eCommerce Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all online sales channels.
β’ Platform Management: Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are in good standing while monitoring product and sales feeds.
β’ Order Fulfillment: Monitor fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery
β’ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory automations and work with internal teams to maintain real stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
β’ Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer service to enhance the online shopping experience, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
β’ Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
β’ Compliance: Ensure eCommerce operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, licensor guidelines, and data protection laws.
What You'll Need
β’ Experience: 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong understanding of online retail processes and best practices.
β’ Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify and more.
β’ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
β’ Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements effectively.
β’ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
