Role description
Summary:
The Amazon eCommerce Account Manager is responsible for helping to manage the success of the Arrowhead Engineered Products Amazon retail eCommerce programs across multiple Vendor Central accounts. The focus of this role will be to grow the business with Amazon and will assume full P&L responsibility. The Amazon eCommerce Account Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of account specialists, and overseeing catalog maintenance, new marketing related programming, and managing on-going EDI-related maintenance. Directing and assisting in general account and online listing maintenance/optimization is a large part of the role. Experience with Vendor Central required.
Automotive, powersports or outdoor power equipment experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of account specialists and coordinators to support online retail programs.
• Build and execute the sales strategy for Amazon.
• Partner and communicate with key Amazon contacts and use related systems to optimize traffic, conversion, and sales that achieve company KPI’s.
• Provide regular and timely observation of trends with corrective actions and reporting utilizing key platforms.
• Lead the process for AR reconciliations and various accounting processes with Amazon.
• Monitor and disposition all compliance notifications from Amazon and ensure warehouse teams respond in a timely manner. Propose warehouse process changes to minimize compliance issues.
• Support warehouse training and set-up of new Amazon required programs or initiatives.
• Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate data across multiple marketplaces in partnership with the eCommerce Marketplace Manager. This includes titles, descriptions, images, additional attributes, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketplace Manager in building out automated content feeds and/or new listings.
• Support and build internal processes around new customer EDI set-up and on-going maintenance, communicating regularly with warehouse and IT staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
• 5 years of E-commerce and EDI experience
• Experience in E-commerce; Vendor Central and related platform administrative
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Basic familiarity with HTML
• Ability to learn and operate proprietary software
• Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical skills to guide business strategic decisions
