Role Purpose
The E-Commerce Analyst owns and drives the growth of the Le Clos e-commerce, the digital home of our fine wine and luxury spirits. With both e-commerce and click & collect features, the platform delivers a premium shopping journey for discerning customers. In this role, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that elevate sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll analyze website and shopper behavior, track KPIs, and lead digital merchandising and marketing activities to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll maintain accurate product and stock data, enabling data-led decisions that strengthen Le Clos’s position as the region’s leading destination for fine wines and luxury spirits.
Key Accountabilities
• Data & Insights – Track KPIs (conversion, traffic, AOV, retention) and deliver regular reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and improvements.
• Digital Merchandising – Keep product listings, pricing, and stock data accurate, and optimise categories, descriptions, and visuals for a seamless experience.
• Customer Journey – Monitor site navigation, checkout, and product discovery; address issues and act on customer feedback with cross-team collaboration.
• Campaign Support – Assist in launching and tracking digital marketing campaigns; analyze performance and recommend enhancements.
• Operational Coordination – Work with operation, supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment, accurate stock forecasting, and improved e-commerce workflows.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 to 4 years in e-commerce (mobile app management experience is plus), ideally within retail, with a track record of driving performance and growth.
• Knowledge of the alcohol industry is highly desirable.
• Experience working with luxury brands and premium product categories is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and last-mile delivery operations.
• Organized and adaptable, able to prioritize effectively and perform well under pressure.
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and works well in collaboration with others.
