Role description
We are looking for an eCommerce Analyst to join our London office.
This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive and innovative individual to work in a hands-on capacity within our data & analytics team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our largest client, improving their website & eCommerce functions, and supporting the launch of new products, campaigns and initiatives across Europe.
Responsibilities Include
• eCommerce analyst for a key client account, responsible for delivery of insights leading to website and platform optimisations:
• Support our client with campaign or insight reports, focusing on UX & CEJ optimisations via tools such as ContentSquare
• Measure the effectiveness of broader eCommerce functionality across the .com experience, analysing on-site traffic flow, NPS data, text analysis or ChatBot performance.
• The role requires the ability to be hands-on with a range of data sources (Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, NPS data, and other 1st party data) to identify performance issues, common audience behaviours, and commercial opportunities across the website experience.
• The analyst would also be responsible for packaging insights into Insight packs, producing clear and commercially quantified recommendations to be shared with the client.
Capability
• Strong analytical skills, and interest in analysis of a range of different data types (including as eCommerce, customer, transactional, research and social).
• Previous exposure to digital ecommerce tools (Adobe Analytics & ContentSquare), and working knowledge of tag auditing and tracking within eCommerce platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel & MSOffice skills, able to leverage tools to automate the production of key project deliverables.
• Ability to clean and process complex datasets of different data types to identify valuable or prominent trends, focusing on digital & website engagements, reviewing sales & transaction data, and extending to sentiment and text analysis.
Character
• Someone with an interest and passion for data-driven marketing, customer experience, digital and consumer behaviours, and drive the development of both their data and strategic skills.
