This role is pivotal in ensuring that both B2B orders (to platforms like Amazon, Debenhams and TK Maxx) and direct-to-consumer orders are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, customer service, stock control, and online marketplace administration. Key Responsibilities • Process and manage online orders from platforms such as Amazon and Debenhams and our own e-commerce store. • Coordinate order dispatches to retailers and directly to end customers. • Liaise with couriers and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Producing reports to help toMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment. • Support product listings updating descriptions, images, and pricing as needed. • Respond to customer queries via email, chat or e-commerce platform messaging systems. • Handle returns, refunds and customer service cases efficiently and professionally. • Assist in compiling sales and performance reports from online channels. • Identify and escalate any issues affecting order flow or customer experience. Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience in an e-commerce, retail, or fulfilment-based role preferred. • Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or similar. • Understanding of direct-to-consumer fulfilment and customer service. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Good computer literacy comfortable using Microsoft Business Central,Excel, order management systems, and CRM tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication skills written and verbal. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
