We're looking for an E-commerce Assistant to support our Digital department, working closely with the E-commerce Lead on day-to-day digital tasks and campaign activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for e-commerce and menswear. You'll assist in maintaining and developing our website, app, and digital platforms, supporting new product launches, campaigns, and special projects. Key Responsibilities: • Upload and merchandise products across digital platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging, and optimised for launch. • Monitor and update meta titles, descriptions, and alt text to support SEO performance. • Assist in planning, writing, and scheduling weekly email campaigns and automations. • Support the analysis of website and customer behaviour, providing insights to inform improvements. • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. • Conduct competitor research and report on trends, new features, promotional strategies, and brand rollouts. Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field (including internships). • A strong interest in men's contemporary fashion and a good eye for digital trends. • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo, or other e-commerce tools. • A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • A team player with a collaborative mindset. • Able to commute to Bingley, West Yorkshire, with ease. Desirable but not essential: • Basic image editing and resizing skills. • Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising. Considerations • You will be based in Bingley, West Yorkshire, at our HQ full-time; therefore, being local to Leeds/West Yorkshire would be preferable.
