Role description
Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in content creation and daily operations for e-commerce platforms.
β’ Manage product listings, including uploading, updating, and optimizing product information.
β’ Monitor platform performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion data.
β’ Support social media operations across both Chinese and international (especially UK) platforms.
β’ Communicate and collaborate with UK influencers/KOLs for promotional campaigns.
β’ Assist in basic visual design tasks (e.g., product images, promotional banners).
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree or above (current students are welcome to apply).
β’ Native Chinese speaker with a high level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
β’ Basic skills in image and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
β’ Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts in both China and the UK.
β’ Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work with international partners.
β’ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
β’ Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and cross-border operations.
