E-Commerce Coordinator - FTC until 30/9/26 We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to work at our Doncaster site for a 12 month fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave. A hybrid/ blended working pattern is available. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the e-commerce platform, optimising the customer experience, and maximizing revenue through various digital channels. Covering Website and Platform Management, Product Management, Customer Experience Management, Analytics and Performance Monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals • Develop and deliver detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for the deployment and maintenance of the e-commerce solution • Improve e-commerce offering’s design and functionality through analytics • Monitor e-commerce traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to updates, new product introductions, and other changes.
