This position blends creative merchandising with operational execution, supporting product launches, promotions, and day-to-day site management across Shopify, Meta Shop, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
Site Scanning & QA
• Regularly audit the website for product accuracy, broken links, missing images, and overall customer experience issues.
• Identify gaps in site content or navigation and flag opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels for all SKUs and Variants across B2B and D2C websites and our mobile app.
Merchandising & Navigation
• Create, update, and optimize product collections and categories that align with seasonal campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer shopping behavior.
• Merchandize products into the correct collections, categories, and site navigation.
• Update and recommend improvements to navigation menus, sorting rules, and filtering logic to enhance product discovery.
• Remove out-of-stock or discontinued products from site navigation and featured placements.
• Ensure new products are correctly categorized, tagged, and merchandised at launch.
Shopify Content Management
• Upload and refresh homepage assets, banners, promotional tiles, and landing pages.
• Support product setup, including descriptions, images, tags, pricing, and SEO metadata.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life on-site through engaging collection pages and promotional storytelling.
Marketplace Support
• Monitor and track product approvals and compliance in Meta Shop and TikTok Shop.
• Create and manage promotions, product bundles, and seasonal campaigns on marketplace platforms.
• Ensure consistency in pricing, promotions, and product presentation across all channels.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the marketing team to align site merchandising with campaigns, launches, and promotional calendars.
• Partner with operations to ensure product availability and inventory alignment with site merchandising.
• Assist with reporting on merchandising performance (collections, navigation, product placements) and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Share customer insights and data trends to help inform site updates and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience working with Shopify in an e-commerce or merchandising role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce merchandising best practices (navigation, filtering, product hierarchy, and site search).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing product data, creative assets, and content within Shopify.
• Exposure to third-party shops (Meta, TikTok, or similar marketplaces) preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
