Be Part of Something Sweet – Lead Digital Growth at Graeter’s Graeter’s Ice Cream, a beloved brand with over 150 years of tradition, is expanding its digital frontier—and we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to drive that transformation. We are hiring an E-Commerce & Corporate Gifting Sales Director to lead and build our e-commerce and corporate gifting programs. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape our online presence and fuel growth across direct-to-consumer and B2B channels. What You’ll Do E-Commerce & Digital Strategy • Develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap aligned with overall business goals. • Drive online revenue growth, optimize performance, and increase conversion rates. • Collaborate with web developers and internal teams to enhance site functionality and customer experience. • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, technologies, and tools. Corporate Gifting & Sales Growth • Create and implement strategies to grow corporate gifting sales and deepen B2B relationships. • Collaborate on new product ideas, packaging, and promotional offers to expand our corporate appeal. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution • Manage digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, SMS, and SEO. • Oversee the functionality and merchandising of Graeters.com and third-party platforms like Goldbelly. • Work with creative and agency partners to produce compelling content and promotions. Analytics & Performance Reporting • Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention. • Generate performance reports and present key insights to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with operations, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence. • Work closely with the CEO and executive team on growth priorities and brand alignment. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing—preferably in consumer goods or food brands. • Experience and success in corporate gifting sales or B2B program development. • Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, email/SMS marketing, and on-site SEO. • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Search Console, and social advertising tools. • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. • Creative problem-solver with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. • Experience managing a small team or agency partners is a plus.
