We are looking for new team members who will grow with us as we elevate to the next level! What are we looking for: Marie Nicole Clothing is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Creative Director to oversee the creation, management, and distribution of content across the company's website and various platforms, leading content strategy, creative execution and ensuring brand alignment. This individual will develop content strategies, manage a small team of content creators, and analyze performance to optimize content for engagement and reach and help drive the brand in its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of online retail experience, including experience in managing small ecommerce or digital content marketing teams. This individual will drive the activities that will elevate our shopping experience across our website, social, and marketing channels, driving not only revenue growth, but storytelling and brand affinity as well. This is a newly created role that reports directly to the CEO, and is located on-site in our office just outside of Nashville, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week. This position includes 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage, provided by Marie Nicole Clothing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: β€’ Develop creative and content strategies that are aligned with business goals and target audiences, including audience identification, content themes, promotional themes and channel selection. β€’ Ensure the timely and optimal execution of all digital assets, including website graphics, product imagery, social media content, email templates, photography and any other visual or written content. β€’ Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies. β€’ Manage content workflow and develop content calendars. β€’ Oversee the ideation, creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.). β€’ Ensure effective content distribution and promotion across relevant channels. β€’ Work with company leadership to develop the brand voice and visual identity, and ensure all content and messaging aligns with the overall brand identity. β€’ Manage content-related budgets and resources. β€’ Work with agency and vendor partners to ensure optimal distribution of content β€’ Track web and sales analytics to determine engagement levels of content β€’ Implements website modifications β€’ Guide the selection and maintenance of any content management tools or software JOB REQUIREMENTS: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field β€’ 7+ years of experience in eCommerce content marketing β€’ 1 Year minimum experience in digital photography β€’ Excellent verbal & written communication skills β€’ Strong Excel skills β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented β€’ Proficient in design tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: β€’ Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content strategy, content marketing, and various content formats. β€’ Ability to analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. β€’ Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and Ec-commerce platforms such as Shopify. β€’ Ability to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with target audiences. β€’ Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and manage multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Understanding of SEO and GEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization. β€’ Proven ability to positively coach, train, and mentor β€’ Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. β€’ Organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills β€’ Excellent analytical skills β€’ Ability to work under pressure. β€’ Creative problem solving. β€’ Displays a positive, optimistic attitude in all interactions with people. β€’ Business acumen/fiscally responsible.
