About The Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Data Analyst to support our multi-channel business. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with hands-on experience in Amazon and Shopify analytics. You will be responsible for building automated reporting systems, performing advanced analyses, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales and subscription performance.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Reporting Setup:
• Build automated weekly sales reports using Triple Whale, Peel, Looker, and Tableau.
• Create standardized KPI dashboards for Amazon and Shopify channels.
• Set up alert systems to detect significant performance changes.
Advanced Analytics Projects:
• Analyze price sensitivity and promotional campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct attribution analysis to evaluate organic vs. paid sales performance.
• Perform cohort analysis for subscription metrics and conversion impacts.
• Execute product-level performance segmentation and insights generation.
Required Qualifications
• Direct experience with Triple Whale, Peel, and either Looker or Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills for custom data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central data and Shopify Analytics APIs.
• Statistical analysis experience, including A/B testing and significance testing.
• Minimum 3 years analyzing Amazon marketplace performance, including BSR and keyword ranking impacts.
• Experience in Shopify/DTC analytics, particularly subscription commerce.
• Knowledge of price elasticity analysis and promotional impact measurement.
• Experience with attribution modeling across multi-channel environments.
