The ideal candidate will have 1 -2 years of experience in an e-commerce company with both technical and stakeholder management skills. This role will serve as the key analytical partner to our two marketing teams: Performance Marketing and Influencer Marketing. The role will facilitate the reporting of metrics such as spend, CAC and LTV for these stakeholders. This role ensures efficient operations and drives influencer performance through process optimisation (including onboarding new tools), cross-functional collaboration, trend analysis, and a data-driven approach to achieve business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include using dbt to build our data into accurate and dynamic models, working with marketing teams to define and achieve requirements and building reporting dashboards for stakeholders. You will report to the Data Lead and work closely with the Head of Growth and Head of Performance Marketing. This is a junior role; please do not apply if you have more than 3 years of experience. Please note that senior applications will not be considered. πŸš€ Some of your responsibilities: β€’ Lead comprehensive reporting on campaign performance and provide regular analysis on content effectiveness and conversion to provide actionable insights β€’ Build and maintain these reports in our visualisation tool, ThoughtSpot β€’ Model new marketing data sources in dbt (using SQL) in order to facilitate the above β€’ Working with the performance marketing team to integrate our new attribution tool into our current reporting system β€’ Setting up website analytics reporting using sources such as GA and Tag Manager β€’ Ad hoc analysis including product performance, customer segmentation, LTV modelling, A/B testing reporting and order attribution modelling β€’ Streamline influencer processes and optimise tech/tool stack to optimise team resources β€’ Work cross-collaboratively with Paid Social Team to improve UGC delivery, setting up a new process for sharing Influencer content with the Paid team πŸš€ What we need from you: Required Experience β€’ 1-2 years in data analytics in an e-commerce business β€’ Strong SQL Skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions) β€’ Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and attribution models β€’ Modern Data Stack experience - particularly dbt β€’ Use of data visualisation tools, ThoughtSpot (beneficial) β€’ Familiarity with marketing platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo,etc. Beneficial Experience β€’ Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms β€’ Data warehouse exposure - Snowflake, BigQuery etc. β€’ Effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating confidence and clarity in conveying information β€’ Web Analytics experience Traits β€’ Self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering complex cross-team projects β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities with an affinity for breaking complex and broad problems down in a logical and structured manner β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously β€’ A passion for data analytics, testing and optimisation β€’ "Get stuff done" mentality, comfortable in chaos and passionate about implementing and improving processes β€’ Ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply to a variety of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) and deliver clear and actionable solutions Our Tech Stack: Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt Cloud and ThougtSpot ⚑️What you’ll get from us: β€’ 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days β€’ Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office β€’ 4% Company Pension β€’ Mental well-being support through Spill β€’ Private healthcare through Vitality β€’ Weekly early finishes and social events β€’ Annual L&D budget β€’ Free breakfast β€’ Free & discounted Wild products β€’ 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days Ready to become a Wild thing?!
