We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Digial, E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online sales channel for our ergo tools and office furniture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, product development & commercialization, merchandising, and consumer experience. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the online shopping journey and ensuring our products are showcased with relevance and accuracy.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing VP, you will lead efforts to develop, execute, and analyze data-driven campaigns that expand our market reach and enhance business KPIs. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-driven, innovative and detail-oriented professional passionate about leveraging technology to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a cohesive e-commerce strategy to increase KPIs (sales growth, profitability) and maximize ROI across all social & E-comm platforms
• Develop and execute the online sales strategy for across our own (Shopify etc.) and third-party (Amazon etc.) platforms
• Identify growth opportunities through new channels, partnerships, endorsements and technologies
• Align e-commerce strategies with company objectives.
Product Merchandising & Content
• Oversee product listings, product branding, descriptions, images, and categorization to ensure accuracy and appeal
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to maintain brand consistency
• Conduct A/B testing for advertising and product content to optimize performance metrics
Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization
• Partner with marketing to drive traffic via SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns
• Monitor and improve conversion rates through A/B testing, UX enhancements and personalization.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to drive informed decisions
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, trends, and forecasts
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or SEMrush to track and measure SEO and campaign effectiveness.
Customer Experience & Support Integration
• Ensure seamless customer journey from discovery to post-purchase
• Work with support teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
• Develop strategies to enhance customer reviews and feedback, fostering stronger brand loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details and shipping updates across various platforms.
• Support the rollout of engaging social media campaigns aligned with e-commerce objectives.
Leadership and Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Provide guidance on best practices for product launches and promotions.
• Assist in evaluating new product viability by delivering data-backed sales projections and budget recommendations.
Skills And Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Product Management within e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, Wayfair, Etsy etc.
• Proven expertise in SEO and Paid Search, including content and on-page optimization.
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Track record of success with A/B testing and campaign performance tracking.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, and SEO trackers like SEMrush.
• Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and other advanced formulas.
• Passion for design, ergonomics, and creating productive spaces
• Experience in image and video editing tools is a plus.
• Collaborative, results-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
