Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize product listings on eBay and Amazon to ensure accuracy and appeal. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketplace strategies that align with company goals. • Utilize content management systems to maintain consistency and quality across product descriptions and images. • Stay updated on marketplace policies and trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance product visibility. • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. • Implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to boost sales and engagement. • Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, providing actionable insights. • Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Proven experience managing eBay and Amazon marketplaces. • Proficiency in utilizing content management systems for e-commerce purposes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. • Knowledge of marketplace regulations and best practices. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with promotional strategies and pricing models. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
