Role description
E-commerce Executive This is an exciting opportunity to join Amelia Knight Ltd, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of private label beauty products, and more recently, the creators of viral skincare and colour cosmetic brands such as Glow Hub. Explosive growth across several global markets means that we are now searching for an ambitious E-commerce Executive to join our rapidly growing team. A role that is set to evolve quickly, and present numerous opportunities to grow and develop. As an E-commerce Executive the purpose of the role is to effectively manage and optimize the e-commerce website by ensuring accurate and timely product updates, supporting product launches and campaigns, and enhancing site performance and user experience. This role aims to drive online sales growth through data-driven site optimization, inventory and pricing management, and collaboration with marketing to deliver a seamless customer journey. Additionally, the role supports budget management and competitive analysis to maximize the platform’s efficiency and market positioning. Key Responsibilities: ·      Website Management: Update product listings, homepage content, banners, and collections using our ecommerce platform (Shopify). ·      Product Launches & Campaigns: Support the execution of product drops, campaigns and promotions, ensuring accurate implementation and timely delivery. ·      Site Optimisation: Monitor and improve site performance, user experience (UX) and conversion rates, making data-led suggestions for enhancements. ·      Inventory & Pricing: Ensure stock levels, product availability and pricing are up-to-date across the site. ·      Reporting & Analysis: Assist with weekly and monthly performance reports including sales, traffic, and conversion insights. ·      Customer Journey: Collaborate with marketing to align email, social and paid campaigns with onsite activity and UX best practices. ·      Competitor Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. ·      CRO & A/B Testing: Support ongoing optimisation efforts through testing and user feedback. ·      Budget Management: Assist in managing e-commerce budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking and reporting against KPIs to ensure cost-effective performance. Key attributes required: • 1–2 years’ experience in an e-commerce role, ideally in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sector. • Experience using ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred). • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and ecommerce KPIs. • Confident with data and able to interpret performance metrics. • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking within ecommerce. • Proactive, collaborative and keen to work in a fast-paced, growing brand environment. • A passion for skincare and beauty is a big plus This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong interest or background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations.
