The Role
An e-Commerce Executive who wants to start their career in e-Commerce, working with some of the biggest partners in Football, Motorsport, Cricket and Rugby
This role will base around growing a selection of Castore partnership websites by regularly updating the digital platform, constantly looking to improve the customer experience and monitoring of key metrics.
Responsibilities
β’ Providing regular updates to site based on daily trade and activities
β’ Setting new products live across English and French platforms
β’ Using GA and Shopify Analytics to report on metrics
β’ Translating product descriptions, marketing copy and on-site content into French, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
β’ Supporting the management of the French-language website, including localisation of campaigns, banners, and promotions
β’ Troubleshooting issues, and liaise with developers if necessary
β’ Playing an active role in CRO, suggesting ideas to improve customer experience
β’ Monitoring of our review platorm, Yotpo, ensuring reviews on site are up to date
Skills & Qualities
Key Skills:
β’ Native-level French and fluent English (written and spoken)
β’ Experience in e-Commerce is ideal, but not necessary
β’ MS proficient, particularly Excel
β’ Setting up trading campaigns is ideal, but not necessary
β’ Basic knowledge of Paid Media, SEO and CRM would be advantageous
Personal Qualities:
β’ A self-starter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills
β’ Team Player
β’ Analytical Thinker
β’ Good Communicator
β’ Interest in Sports would be preferable, but not essential
