Boundless is a growing agency working at the intersection of TikTok Shop, creator marketing, and e-commerce brands. We manage campaigns for exciting consumer brands and build communities of creators who drive millions in sales. Alongside Boundless, we also run K Facial, a skincare brand with strong long-term growth potential.
Weβre now looking for a Community & Campaign Coordinator to join our team and help us scale. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who wants to be part of a fast-moving business with lots of autonomy.
The Role
As our Community & Campaign Coordinator, youβll play a key role in supporting both our creator community and brand campaigns. Youβll be responsible for:
β’ Managing creator relationships: onboarding, supporting, and motivating TikTok Shop creators.
β’ Campaign support: helping with outreach, product research, and reporting on performance.
β’ Community building: engaging with our creator community, spotting new talent, and helping them succeed.
β’ Content contribution: ideally being comfortable making content (on camera or behind the scenes), or supporting shoots and creative direction.
β’ Process ownership: working with playbooks but putting your own twist on things to improve outcomes.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Comfortable with the fast pace and ambiguity of TikTok Shop and creator marketing.
β’ A creative mindset and ability to write or create engaging content.
β’ Someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
β’ Strong organisational skills and ability to keep track of multiple moving parts.
β’ A proactive problem-solver who doesnβt wait to be told every step.
β’ Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, and Google Veo.
β’ Bonus: German language skills (not essential, but a big plus for TikTok Shop Germany).
