About the RoleWe are looking for a TikTok Live Strategy Manager to lead livestream campaigns from planning to execution. You will oversee content strategy, daily operations, and performance optimization to drive brand sales and engagement on TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and excited about the fast-growing livestream commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute TikTok livestream campaigns to hit sales and engagement KPIs
Coordinate daily live operations and support host performance
Analyze data to identify trends and optimize content for conversion
Collaborate with creators on run-of-show plans and engagement tactics
Troubleshoot live issues and improve operational processes
Conduct post-campaign reviews to continuously enhance strategy
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, or social media operations
Deep understanding of TikTok Shop or other live commerce platforms
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skill
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
Passion for the creator economy and social media trends
