About the role: We’re looking for a high performing E-Commerce Manager to lead the launch of our new website and help us build a meaningful ecommerce engine to supplement and turbocharge our existing retail sales channels. You’ll drive results from day one by ensuring a smooth go-live of the website, setting up performance tracking and optimising conversion funnels. Post-launch you’ll own the conversion rate optimisation roadmap, improve site performance and collaborate with a range of stakeholders including marketing, sales and technology to ensure measurable growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: New Website Launch (1 - 6 Months) • Work closely with Product, Technology and Design teams to ensure a smooth e-commerce platform launch • Identify key user needs and pain points through FAQs, chatbot data and direct customer contact • Define and implement tracking solutions (e.g. GA4) to capture user behaviour from day one • Establish initial conversion funnels and KPIs to measure early performance • Review and optimise landing pages to support launch campaigns • Contribute to QA and UAT testing, with a focus on user journeys and performance • Develop a reporting framework and cadence to track performance during the launch period Post-Launch & Growth (6 - 18 Months) • Monitor and continuously improve site performance (speed, mobile usability, navigation) • Own and manage the A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) roadmap, prioritising key experiments and analysing results • Identify, analyse, and resolve drop-off points in core customer journeys (search, product/vehicle pages, lead forms, checkout) • Brief, design, and optimise landing pages for SEO and paid campaign performance • Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to align on conversion strategies • Partner with analytics and sales teams to generate insights on customer behaviour and overall site performance Skills and Qualifications: • 5-6 years experience managing and growing e-commerce platforms, including site performance and UX • You may also have marketing experience and/or merchandising experience • Strong knowledge of analytics, conversion and CRO techniques • Understanding of SEO and paid campaigns performance • Confident in using data to generate insights, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
