Role description
Position As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies. Glenmorangie is famed as the leading Highland single malt, renowned for its smooth, complex, and accessible taste, its mastery of wood in cask maturation, and its industry leading whisky innovation. Ardbeg is the ultimate Islay whisky and the smokiest of all Scotland’s Single Malts – and is also famed for its unorthodox, envied, and untamed brand. The Digital & eBusiness team drives the D2C business through Ardbeg.com and Glenmorangie.com, managing CRM, brand home digital systems, and eRetail channels like Amazon to boost revenue and customer lifetime value. Projects within the team focus on short and long-term revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and digitally enabling other teams. This role centres on the strategy, design, and execution of eCommerce and brand activations on the websites, while also supporting the wider team's objectives to improve digital efficiency and marketing effectiveness. Job Responsibilities • E-Commerce & Brand Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns, optimise customer journey, monitor sales, and manage product listings. • CRM & Membership: Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through CRM strategies, personalisation, and data analysis. • Email Marketing: Design and deploy engaging email campaigns, maintain brand voice, and ensure data privacy compliance. • Brand Homes & Hospitality: Support digital experiences and marketing strategies for physical brand locations. • E-commerce Trading Calendar: Own and maintain a clear calendar of product drops, promotions, and campaigns aligned with brand priorities. • Product Setup & Merchandising: Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products online, including SKU setup, merchandising, and optimising product discoverability. • Site Performance & UX: Ensure optimal site performance, mobile responsiveness, and a smooth path to purchase by collaborating with development and UX teams. • Stock Visibility: Monitor and manage online stock levels by coordinating with supply chain/logistics and promptly resolving any stock or order issues. Profile Technical Skills Experience Required: • Must have experience in eCommerce, customer loyalty programs, digital marketing, or a related field. • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing and Shopify for e-commerce. • Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. • A knack for crafting engaging digital content and customer experiences. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
