Location: Hauppauge, New York Job Type: Permanent Compensation Range: $90,000 - 100,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to manage all aspects of our online sales and digital marketing. In this key role, you will oversee our e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify, and manage product launches and inventory. You will also be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, such as affiliate programs and email campaigns. The ideal candidate has a talent for analyzing sales data and will use those insights to drive business growth. Responsibilities: • Online Sales Management: Oversee and maintain e-commerce platforms, including optimizing product listings and managing content. This includes handling new product launches and resolving inventory issues. • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, such as affiliate programs on social media platforms and email campaigns. • External Partner Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for and manage relationships with external agencies and service providers to create marketing content and ensure smooth operations. • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and distribute daily and ad-hoc sales and marketing reports from various online channels to track performance and inform strategy. Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing. • Demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce and digital marketing operations. • A proven track record of working with external partners and agencies. • An analytical mindset with the capability to produce and interpret sales and marketing reports. Skills: • E-commerce Proficiency: Strong experience with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including affiliate marketing, social media advertising, and email campaigns. • Data Analysis: The ability to interpret sales data and marketing metrics to generate actionable insights and reports. • Communication and Project Management: Excellent skills in communicating with cross-functional teams and external partners, with a strong ability to manage projects effectively. • Problem-Solving: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving issues.
