eCommerce and Marketing Coordinator
Role Summary:
As our Ecommerce and Marketing Coordinator, youβll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse keeping everything running smoothly. From managing POs and warehouse communication to executing Shopify updates, youβll keep product content accurate, inventory on track, and listings optimized. You'll build and maintain product pages, manage collections, and ensure all technical requirements are met. On the marketing side, youβll handle backend promotions, run email and SMS campaigns, assist with social content, and keep everything engaging and on-brand. Youβll also own the weekly marketing dashboard, analyzing performance across platforms. Responsibilities:
eCommerce & Product Management
Create, publish, and maintain all products and collections on the website
Gather and organize product assets across departments (art, photo, editorial, product, merchandising)
Ensure product content is accurate and consistent across images, titles, descriptions, prices, size charts, and color swatches.
Write clear, compelling product descriptions aligned with each brandβs voice
Edit photography for PDPs and update listings with new editorial or video content
Ensure all technical upload requirements are met, including ADA compliance, product tags, and correct category placement
Categorize products in Google Merchant Center using GoDataFeed or Shopify
Execute markdowns, promotions, and inventory updates in Shopify
Track product deliveries and notify team of early or delayed shipments
Monitor inventory levels in the distribution center and across channels; research and resolve variances between systems (warehouse, accounting, and website)
Verify stock availability for featured marketing products and recommend swaps as needed
Manage the full product lifecycle from upload to discontinuation
Maintain backend updates to our websites, including store locator, 404 redirects, and on-site search optimization.
Ensure products meet all technical upload requirements, including tags for our product recommendation tool, ADA compliance, and correct category placement
Marketing Support
Manage and schedule email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo
Set up and optimize automated marketing flows
Maintain website homepage and promotional updates for launches and seasonal campaigns, including scheduling pricing, tags, and theme changes
Assist with development, design, and posting social media content (graphics, reels, TikTok, product videos) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Produce and edit short-form videos for social ads, organic posts, and product promotions
Analytics & Reporting:
Own the weekly marketing dashboard
Track and report key metrics (traffic, AOV, conversion rate, engagement etc.) across platforms
Gather and organize marketing analytics across various platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and more for both weekly and ad hoc reporting
Report on historical sales data to inform inventory planning, reorders, markdowns, and sales forecasting
Share insights and recommendations with the team to optimize future launches and campaigns
Third-Party Vendor & PO Support:
Maintain vendor documentation and product info for the website
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse
Keep merchandising documents organized and up to date
Maintain third-party vendor documents including uploading third-party tax codes to Avalara
Qualifications:
1β2 years of experience in eCommerce, with preferred background in website management, site merchandising, digital marketing, and customer experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Graphic design, Photoshop, and Canva experience is a plus
Comfortable supporting social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for the duration of shift.
Stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
