Role description
Summerby Sleep is part of the Raskelf Group, a leading UK manufacturer of luxury sleep products. Our brand is dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable mattresses and sleep solutions designed for modern living. With a strong presence on leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Wayfair, we are expanding our e-commerce team to support continued growth and enhance the customer experience.
The Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage the day-to-day activity of our online marketplace and B2B channels. From optimising product listings and coordinating promotions to processing trade orders and liaising with operations, this role is hands-on and varied. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver excellent execution across platforms, ensuring our products are visible, available, and supported by great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Marketplace Management: Act as the primary account lead for Amazon, Wayfair, and other e-commerce platforms, managing day-to-day operations, content, and commercial relationships.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, stock, and other key metrics. Provide reports highlighting trends and opportunities. Manage budget and optimise ROI.
• Content & Optimisation: Update and improve product descriptions, imagery, and enhanced content. Review competitor listings and recommend improvements.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Planning and executing promotions, advertising campaigns, and pricing strategies to maximise sales.
• Customer Experience: Respond to customer enquiries during peak periods, ensuring quick and professional support. Help reduce returns and improve satisfaction.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with the operations team to maintain stock levels and ensure product availability across channels.
• B2B Trade Sales: Manage trade orders by maintaining relationships with key accounts, processing orders, and liaising with operations for accurate production planning.
• Team Support: Support the Marketing Manager with the smooth delivery of wider e-commerce activity and brand initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, with marketplace exposure (Amazon, Wayfair, eBay, etc.).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and/or Wayfair Partner Portal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with sales and performance data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and confidence using reporting tools.
Position Details:
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: £30,000 - £34,000.00
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
