Our magical Audio Learning System won several industry accolades (Academic's Choice Award, Good Housekeeping Parenting Award, STEM.org, NAPPA, et al.) and became a smash-hit for parents and kids alike. Children can interact with Storypod through multiple age-appropriate ways - lovable yarn-figurines, read-along books, interactive learning cards, and collectible tokens - that trigger immersive stories, music, and learning content.
We are looking for a well-rounded & detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist to support our Operations team.
Your Responsibilities
• Setup, monitor and manage our E-commerce accounts on multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Target, Walmart, and others).
• Manage our Sales channels in close sync with our operations and customer service team.
• Optimize existing product detail content and customer communication across our sales channels.
• Compile & input all details required for product launches (incl. product photos, descriptions, title tags, meta descriptions, and any other PDP content.
• Conduct surveys, analyze heat maps/session records, and compile data to learn more about our customers and improve shopping experience and conversion.
• Conduct QA of site content/functionality to ensure accuracy of content, linking, and tracking.
• Continuously analyze and enhance the customer journey, with an emphasis on customer-centric thinking, hyper focus on walking in the customer's shoes and curiosity around what resonates strongest with the consumer from the first touchpoint to purchase and beyond.
• Focus on improving key performance metrics including conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV).
Our Requirements
• Minimum three years of experience in a DTC / eCommerce environment
• A/B testing mind-set
• Experience managing Amazon and Shopify sales channels
• An affinity for e-Commerce, Consumer Products, and DTC-Marketing
• Excellent oral and written command of the English language
