Are you ready to take ownership in a fast-moving e-commerce environment where every day brings new opportunities?
Do you have experience managing Amazon or marketplace platforms, with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to work autonomously?
If so, we'd love you to join our E-Commerce team at Paladone, a leading global giftware company known for designing and distributing trend-led, sustainable lifestyle products.
The Role
As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you'll support the delivery of our global e-commerce strategy across platforms including Amazon, Very, TikTok and more. You'll ensure products are set up, optimised, and compliant, while keeping operations smooth and customers happy.
Our new systems and workflows allow greater autonomy, so this is a UK-based role where you can work flexibly from home. However, you will be required to visit our Shoreham-by-Sea head office at least twice per month for team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage product set-up, content, categorisation, and merchandising across online marketplaces.
• Optimise product listings through testing and data insights to boost visibility and conversion.
• Process and reconcile orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely fulfilment.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and stock movements, working with 3PL partners to maintain availability.
• Troubleshoot logistics, stock discrepancies, and account issues.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace standards and submit documentation as required.
• Analyse sales and stock data to anticipate demand and prevent issues.
• Support customer service and account health by escalating issues and driving improvements.
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years' experience managing Amazon or marketplace platforms.
• Strong Excel/ERP skills (Navision or similar).
• Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong organisation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or product/stock management (transferable skills welcome).
• UK-based and able to attend the Shoreham-by-Sea head office at least twice per month.
