Role description
Job Summary
The Site Merchandiser will be responsible for setting up and managing the proper assortment on the site focusing on images, content, product data and UX. Key KPIs to achieve will include increased assortment, incremental traffic, CVR, revenue & margin targets and in stock percentage.
Responsibilities:
β’ Work closely with defined business units to identify correct assortment and promotions
β’ Create, optimize and provide weekly reporting on key brand categories and products
β’ Collaborate with eComm team to identify enhancements in the customer journey
β’ Work closely with SEO team to identify opportunities in the SERPs
β’ Partner with the eComm team and agencies to ensure consumers are finding the right products at the right time via site search
β’ Monitor KPIβs daily focusing on conversion, traffic trends, and page performance metrics
β’ Provide competitive intelligence with recommendations on optimizations
β’ Partner with business unit leads, marketing, and analytics team to create a content calendar ensuring representation of our products meet customer expectations
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain pertinent sales, inventory and business trends to assist in conversion and acquisition
β’ Monitor and optimize all PDPs to ensure they meet performance standards, pages with errors are corrected and they meet required content & functionality requirements
Skills & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in business, marketing or related field
β’ 3+ years site merchandising experience with emphasis on eCommerce and omnichannel
β’ Proficient in website technical skills in regards to page development, design, and UX
β’ Strong understanding of DXPs (Kentico Xperience preferred) and customer journeys
β’ Ability to manage vendor, agency and internal partnerships to achieve organizational goals
β’ Excel expertise required
β’ Excellent communication skills with ability to know your audience, clearly relay findings and obtain buy in on recommendations
β’ Analytical thinker who can identify online business trends and optimize conversion, retention and acquisition
β’ Expertise in GA4, Google Console, GTM, SEO, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, DXPs, assortment/ inventory management and digital marketing.
β’ Strong project management, organization and collaboration skills
Travel Requirements
β’ Travel up to 15% of the time
